Overview:
The Jr. Strategic Program Analyst supports the Operations Center and program leadership by developing executive‑ready briefings, coordinating information across teams, and supporting deployment activities during go‑live periods. This role helps ensure senior leaders have accurate, timely, and compelling information to support decision‑making.

Responsibilities

• Support Operations Center activities during deployment and go‑live windows under the direction of the Operations Lead.
• Develop executive‑level presentations on program status, challenges, opportunities, technical issues, and COAs.
• Tailor content and “tell the story” for multiple audiences, translating complex topics into clear slides and narratives.
• Draft narrative content and develop graphics to communicate risks, actions, milestones, and cross‑functional updates.
• Maintain slide libraries and reusable content packages for senior leader engagements.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to gather inputs and align messaging for briefings.
• Facilitate virtual and in‑person executive meetings, including capturing decisions, minutes, and action items.
• Conduct real‑time working sessions with VA clients to capture updates and incorporate immediate changes.
