Reporting to the Executive Chef, the Jr. Sous Chef is an assistant to the Sous Chefs. This person shares similar responsibilities to the Sous Chefs and works closely with the kitchen management team to ensure proper guidance to other cooks and dishwashers. This role involves ensuring standards and proper food storage are met, and helping organize and execute weddings and corporate events.
