Be a key support in our kitchen, working closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to help deliver exceptional dining experiences. With your developing leadership skills and culinary knowledge, you'll assist in guiding the team and maintaining high standards of quality and innovation in every dish we serve. Support the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, staffing, and inventory. Collaborate on menu development, helping to incorporate seasonal ingredients, culinary trends, and guest preferences. Assist in overseeing food preparation, ensuring dishes meet recipes, quality standards, and food safety regulations. Help train and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance on culinary techniques, sanitation practices, and teamwork. Participate in regular inspections of food items, checking presentation, taste, and temperature, and addressing any issues promptly.
