This role involves joining Better Collective as a Jr. QA Engineer to ensure product quality throughout the development process, collaborating with a global, distributed team to support product development and ongoing improvements. The position is specifically for the Playbook platform, a leading platform within Better Collective's House of Brands, with a work schedule of Tuesday to Saturday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience as a technical QA.
• Advanced English and fluent Portuguese language skills.
• Experience using AI tools (specifically Claude).
• Understanding of sports and sports betting.
• Experience with manual QA testing.
• Experience working with Slack and bug/issue tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Performs manual testing, reports defects, and creates a higher-level overview of testing outcomes.
• Applies best QA practices.
• Participates in the creation of best practice documents.
• Writes, maintains, and organizes test documentation and test cases.
• Independently creates functional automated tests.
• Organizes automated test cases into recurring schedules.
• Analyzes results of non-functional automated test runs.
• Works closely with the development team and other testers.
