About The Position

Role Information - This position is 100% onsite in Gastonia, NC - This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the future Main Tasks - Lead cross-functional project teams (operations, engineering, quality, product management, distribution). - Facilitate project review meetings and ensure objectives for cost, quality, and delivery are met. - Develop clear project plans, schedules, trackers, and milestone updates. - Present concise, audience-appropriate project updates to leadership and stakeholders. - Identify risks early, implement mitigation actions, and manage scope changes. - Coordinate resources, establish priorities, and ensure accountability across teams. - Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and communication logs. - Build strong working relationships across shop floor, engineering, maintenance, and management. - Support shop-floor activities, trials, and validation as needed. - Maintain urgency, follow-through, and consistent execution of commitments. Educational Requirements − Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field OR 2 years relevant experience. Experience Requirements - 1–3 years leading or coordinating projects. - Experience working with cross-functional teams and diverse technical levels. - Demonstrated ability to stay composed and effective under pressure. Skills - Leadership & Ownership: - Takes initiative; drives tasks to completion. - Sets expectations and influences without authority. - Strong presentation and visualization skills. - Prioritization, scheduling, time management, and milestone tracking. - Attention to detail and strong documentation discipline. - Works effectively across roles, levels, and personalities. - Builds strong relationships with operators, engineers, and managers. - Objective analysis, root-cause thinking, and solution generation. - Proficient in Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint. - Able to interpret basic manufacturing processes. - Up to 50% travel domestic/international Preferred - Project Management Certification (CAPM/PMP). - Experience in manufacturing environments. - Demonstrated development potential (learning agility, adaptability, curiosity).
