About The Position

This role is responsible for the project management and support needs for the Development, Sales and Real Estate teams.

Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Solid organizational & time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
  • Excellent client-facing and internal verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to work in a Dallas-based office

Nice To Haves

  • Proven working experience in the restaurant/hospitality sector
  • Ability to travel preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Manage the experience of prospects and franchise owners through the process from initial contact through sales, site identification, lease negotiations and construction phases
  • Manage the development calendar
  • Report statuses of projects with current and accurate information from all data points
  • Provide reports for daily meetings
  • Attends daily/weekly functional meetings, take and disseminate notes
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans for each prospect and franchise owner
  • Track/manage projects to ensure each step of each project is completed on time per established timelines
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Schedule appointments and ensure internal team members arrive on time and prepared for the conversations/meetings
  • Identify and qualify leads
  • Research and vet development related vendors (i.e. architects, engineers, subcontractors, etc.)
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage and validate task completion
  • Identify possible upcoming delays and work to minimize impact
  • Create and maintain appropriate and comprehensive documentation
  • Escalate concerns and issues to ensure appropriate support/resolution
