This position plays a key part in supporting and coordinating projects in the field while ensuring strong communication, organization, and safety oversight. This role assists with project management responsibilities, field coordination, and on-site safety oversight to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. This individual will work closely with field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and company leadership to maintain communication, documentation, and project organization from start through completion.

Requirements

  • Prior construction, field supervision, project coordination, or related experience required
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively for projects
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English required for coordination, documentation, and safety compliance
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) required
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Ability to work extended hours as project demands require
  • Ability to work outdoors and in active construction environments

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in asphalt, concrete, grading, or civil construction preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing construction projects from mobilization through closeout
  • Travel to project sites as required
  • Coordinate daily field operations with crews and subcontractors
  • Support scheduling, material coordination, and logistics
  • Assist with project cost tracking and documentation
  • Perform and document on-site safety coordination and job site observations
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies and applicable regulations
  • Review project plans, specifications, and contracts
  • Communicate project updates to management and team members
  • Support quality control to ensure work meets company standards
