About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Project Manager / Superintendent with experience in telecom and/or DAS environments. This is a hands-on leadership role combining field oversight and administrative responsibilities (approximately 70% field / 30% office). This position requires a strong leader who can manage day-to-day site operations, support crews, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Requirements

  • 5–7 years of relevant experience
  • Foreman or journeyman-level experience
  • Experience supervising crews
  • Knowledge of multiple systems (telecom, fire alarm, security, electrical)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Entry-level leadership training preferred
  • 8–10 years of experience
  • Proven ability to manage teams of 15+
  • Experience working across multiple projects and coordinating trades
  • Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in at least one discipline with certifications/licensing
  • Proficiency in tools such as Bluebeam, Procore, MS Project, or similar
  • Strong understanding of construction processes (RFI, RFQ, scheduling, equipment use)
  • Ability to lead in high-pressure environments and resolve conflicts effectively

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily site operations and ensure project execution aligns with timelines and goals
  • Manage and lead crews of 11–25 technicians
  • Conduct toolbox talks and lead productive team meetings
  • Maintain accurate crew timesheets and daily reports
  • Coordinate with other trades and project stakeholders
  • Monitor and maintain company-owned equipment
  • Resolve conflicts with customers and trade partners professionally
  • Track productivity, scheduling, and work sequencing
  • Ensure compliance with codes, inspections, and construction standards
  • Participate in meetings and represent the project team when needed
