About The Position

The Jr. Plant Maintenance Technician performs a variety of routine clerical and technical tasks to support the maintenance of the company’s title plant. This role is responsible for retrieving, importing, verifying, and posting recorded property documents into the plant maintenance system. A key focus of this position is ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver’s license with the ability to pass an MVR and background check.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Effective time management with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in computer use, including Microsoft Office Suite or related software, and the ability to learn new software.
  • Ability to operate a personal or company vehicle for errands or training.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in an office, Title, Escrow, or Banking is a plus!
  • Previous experience in an office environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Run analysis reports to verify accurate indexing and posting of recorded documents.
  • Manage electronic files, including transferring data between specialized software systems and cataloging documents.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, typing, and handling correspondence.
  • Communicate professionally with internal staff and customers via phone, in person, or in writing.
  • Operate a personal or company vehicle for errands or client visits.
  • Support and promote the company’s core values, purpose, goals, and culture.
  • Adapt positively to changes in responsibilities, procedures, or expectations.
  • Maintain prompt, predictable, and regular attendance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
