Jr. Network Technician - Bilingual in Korean
About The Position
We are looking for a Junior Network Technician to support the IT team in maintaining and troubleshooting network infrastructure . This role is ideal for candidates starting their IT career or with at least 2 year of experience in networking. Assist in installing and configuring network devices (switches, routers, firewalls) Support LAN/WAN and wireless networks under supervision Monitor network performance and report issues to senior engineers Assist with network upgrades and basic maintenance Maintain documentation for network configurations and procedures Work collaboratively with the IT team
Requirements
- 2+ year of experience in networking or IT support
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts and devices
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Good troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Familiarity with network cabling, switches, routers, and wireless access points
- Basic knowledge of Windows or Linux operating systems
Nice To Haves
- IT certifications such as CompTIA Network+ a plus
- Interest in growing into Mid-Level Network Technician roles
