About The Position

We are looking for a Junior Network Technician to support the IT team in maintaining and troubleshooting network infrastructure . This role is ideal for candidates starting their IT career or with at least 2 year of experience in networking.

Requirements

• 2+ year of experience in networking or IT support
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts and devices
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Good troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Familiarity with network cabling, switches, routers, and wireless access points
• Basic knowledge of Windows or Linux operating systems

Nice To Haves

• IT certifications such as CompTIA Network+ a plus
• Interest in growing into Mid-Level Network Technician roles

Responsibilities

• Assist in installing and configuring network devices (switches, routers, firewalls)
• Support LAN/WAN and wireless networks under supervision
• Monitor network performance and report issues to senior engineers
• Assist with network upgrades and basic maintenance
• Maintain documentation for network configurations and procedures
• Work collaboratively with the IT team
