As a Jr. Marketing Strategist supporting the strategy team, you will play a crucial role in assisting marketing across both Ring and Blink brands. This position will work directly with the Brand Strategy Lead and cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives that drive demand and elevate Ring and Blink in the global market. This role will leverage AI extensively to accelerate research, strategic analysis, and content creation, setting a new standard for marketing velocity. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business
  • Experience in a marketing role and proficient with analytic tools
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Can work proactively and independently, meet deadlines, and deliver on projects and tasks
  • Experience handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through strong problem solving abilities
  • Experience with AI and demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools effectively
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, strategy, or related role

  • Experience in consumer electronics or technology sector
  • Experience with brand strategy
  • Experience in a marketing focused role including customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation reporting, customer funnel analysis, and top-line sales performance

Responsibilities

  • Support the Brand Strategy Lead in driving best-in-class marketing that grows the category and brand.
  • Write strong briefs, collaborate with cross-functional teammates across markets, and influence communications strategy.
  • Leverage AI extensively to accelerate consumer insights research, monthly newsletters, brand and category analysis, campaign results reports, and strategic brief development that drives new household growth.
  • Work will span product and feature naming initiatives, market research to identify differentiation opportunities, competitive positioning studies, and translating insights into strategic frameworks and presentations.
  • Contribute to AI agent development by learning marketing workflows, developing training templates, curating knowledge sources, and testing performance.
  • Evaluate market trends that impact brand perception and support documentation that enhances brand equity and drives long-term customer loyalty across all touchpoints.
