Key job responsibilities As the Integrated Marketing Manager for Ring and Blink, you'll collaborate with cross-functional marketers to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth. You will orchestrate the annual marketing calendar across paid, owned, and earned channels, identifying opportunities in cultural moments, seasonal events, and under-penetrated markets while promoting unique offerings like professional installation and limited edition customizations. You will leverage AI tools to accelerate campaign development, content creation, and performance analysis, setting a new bar for pace of execution across the organization. With AI, you will rapidly generate insights from consumer data, develop strategy, launch campaign variations, and optimize performance in real-time. You will champion a data-driven approach by tracking KPIs across all funnel stages. This includes brand awareness and consideration to conversion rates, driving return on ad spend, reducing customer acquisition costs and developing recommendations that build long-term customer loyalty for both brands.
