About The Position

eClerx is looking for an experienced and Integrated Marketing Manager to work across functions to scale our thought leadership, research engine, and content programs within the Finance & Accounting (F&A) community. This role is ideal for a marketer who thrives at the intersection of survey analytics, storytelling, and demand-generating content. You’ll help shape how finance leaders think about outsourcing, talent, tech, and the future of modern finance—and translate those insights into compelling content and programs that build brand authority and revenue momentum.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally supporting solutions in Finance, Accounting, outsourcing, SaaS, or related industries.
  • Proven experience with survey design, research interpretation, and insights packaging.
  • Strong writing portfolio, with examples across long-form analysis, thought leadership, and short-form digital content.
  • Hands-on experience planning or supporting virtual and/or in-person events.
  • Highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional partners.
  • A curiosity for how finance leaders think and a passion for helping them solve meaningful challenges.
  • Excellent presentation skills (written and spoken)
  • Valid work authorization in the US

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with influencer relations, PR, or media outreach is a good to have.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of primary research, including surveys and executive studies.
  • Analyze findings and translate insights into high-impact deliverables such as reports, infographics, data briefs, and talking points for spokespeople.
  • Write and refine content ranging from blogs and white papers to point-of-view articles and executive messaging.
  • Ensure content is audience-first, SEO-friendly, and aligned to our brand voice and positioning.
  • Cultivate relationships with industry associations, analysts, and influencers (e.g., CFO networks, finance communities) to strengthen reach and credibility.
  • Support traditional and digital PR initiatives by supplying storyline angles, insights, and research narratives.
  • Support the strategy and execution of CFO Leadership LIVE events, webinars, roundtables, and industry events ensuring content is insight-led and relevant for CFOs and finance leaders.
  • Coordinate with internal leaders, partners, and external speakers where appropriate.
  • Work with sales teams to develop content that supports prospecting and funnel engagement: case studies, sell sheets, value frameworks, and persona messaging.
  • Collaborate cross-functional to ensure messaging consistency across marketing and GTM channels.
  • Track and report on content engagement, research performance, and program results.
  • Deliver insights and recommendations that drive continuous improvement across marketing activities.
