About The Position

We are seeking a talented Junior Full Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team in New York. Requirements

0-2 years of professional experience in software development or recent bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
Proficiency in backend technologies: Java/Spring Boot OR Node.js/Express (required)
Knowledge of frontend technologies: React, JavaScript, or Angular with understanding of HTML/CSS (required)
Strong understanding of SQL and experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL (required)
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities (required)
Solid foundation in Git version control and understanding of CICD concepts (required)

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with REST API design and consumption principles (preferred)
Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative development practices (preferred)

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React) and backend technologies (Java/Spring Boot or Node.js/Express)
Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy features that meet business requirements
Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews to ensure quality and best practices across the team
Troubleshoot and debug applications, identifying and resolving issues with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Work with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) to design schemas, write queries, and optimize database performance
Participate in version control workflows using Git and contribute to CI/CD pipelines following Agile/Scrum methodologies
Take ownership of assigned tasks and see them through from development to production with minimal supervision
Continuously learn and stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices in full-stack development
