About The Position
An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the Denver, CO area for an individual with 2-5 years’ experience as a Jr. Estimator or Assistant Project Manager/Engineer with a background in Concrete projects. This position would earn a generous base salary and great benefits package including medical benefits, a 401K w/ matching, PTO and other outstanding perks.
Requirements
- 2-5+ years of Estimation and/or Project Management experience
- Experience working with Concrete projects
- Budgeting
- Estimating
- Manpower planning
- Blueprint-reading
- Some Project Management experience
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity assisting with submittals
- Familiarity pulling permits
- Familiarity preparing reports
- Some knowledge of Bluebeam, Maxwell ProContractor, and Microsoft Excel software
- Degree, Vocational School, and/or Certifications in Engineering, or Construction Management
