About The Position

Arch Aerial LLC is seeking a highly motivated Junior UAS Pilot to create and collect engaging content and industrial inspection data for its construction and energy service lines. The role executes scheduled unmanned aerial systems missions, primarily in industrial settings, and includes UAS flight operations, data management, and data transfer. New hires receive training in Arch Aerial’s piloting practices, processes, safety, and technical skills. Prior professional UAS piloting experience is not required, though it is highly recommended. The position is full time and hourly, with an expected workload of approximately 35–45 hours per week and opportunities for overtime beyond 40 hours. Travel is expected. Work is often performed outdoors in Gulf Coast and Southwest climates, including hot and humid conditions. Piloting duties are conducted in the field; administrative and data technician duties require working in the office, so the role is not remote. Additional piloting assignments outside the Corpus Christi area and possible training as a Junior Data Technician may become available. The company values experience, a strong and efficient work ethic, piloting skills, and integrity more than a specific educational degree.
