About The Position

THE·TEAM is seeking a Jr. Designer to join its creative group, which develops experiences for sports, lifestyle, and entertainment clients. The role supports the studio team in creating bespoke visual experiences, from initial concepts through final production. Work may include presentation design, branding, and experiential spaces. The designer collaborates with a Design Director and an integrated team of 3D artists, producers, and account leads, translating client brand aesthetics into creative work while maintaining brand standards.

Requirements

At least 1 year of relevant industry experience.
Strong design and conceptual skills.
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
Understanding of print production.
Ability to work in PowerPoint, Keynote, and Office Suite.
Proactive ability to think strategically and creatively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask.

Support projects from inception through final production, including deck design, branding, and experiential spaces.
