M Booth has an immediate opportunity for an entry-level Junior Copywriter/Social Media Creator to join our growing Creative team. If you don’t have a sense of humor, don’t apply. The creative team at M Booth is looking for a Designer to join our growing team. This person will primarily work with a highly collaborative social content team across several brands. Successful candidates will be passionate and knowledgeable about content and design and have the ability to work in different styles within established brand guidelines. They will use skills including digital design, photography and videography, video editing and photo retouching and collage to create social first content. Light motion design is a plus. Candidates will be familiar with the process of developing social media from concept through production as well as designing across digital platforms and other mediums when needed. They are highly motivated and are looking to grow alongside us.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience
- A portfolio including bold social media content
- Knowledge of social media best practices across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc)
- Knowledge of social media trends
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks to meet internal and external deadlines
- Detail oriented
- Working knowledge of AI integration into writing workflows is a plus
- candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- In order to be considered for this position, you must provide a link to your portfolio.
Nice To Haves
- Light motion design is a plus
Responsibilities
- Ideate, write and execute social content across platforms (Meta, Tiktok, etc)
- Write headlines, copy and captions for content, brand comments and sometimes ads
- Write in different brand voices witing existing strategies
- Present your work to internal teams and external clients
- Manage your day to meet strict deadlines, and prioritize requests
- Work in close collaboration with a team of creatives and strategists, including brainstorming and working through feedback
