This role is crucial for ensuring that both office and job-site employees are trained in all safety programs and protocols, including federal/state regulations, to prevent accidents and injuries. The ideal candidate possesses an unquestionable work ethic and a passion for problem-solving and client success.
Requirements
- 1+ years Construction Safety experience.
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Bi-lingual English and Spanish

- Regular out-of-state travel
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate quality and productive leadership skills.
- Implementation of safety programs daily.
- Lead employee & Subcontractor onsite training and organize workshops.
- This position may require being on your feet approximately 80% of the time.
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
