We are hiring for a Jr. Construction Manager. This role supports electrical construction projects under close supervision, helping coordinate field work, contractors, materials, and safety activities. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 1–3 years of field construction or utility experience.
  • Working knowledge of electrical construction drawings, specs, and terminology.
  • OSHA 10 (minimum) required; OSHA 30 preferred.
  • Basic proficiency with MS Excel, Project, and field documentation tools.

Responsibilities

  • Assist senior staff with day-to-day coordination of electrical field activities.
  • Support QA/QC, safety oversight, and daily reporting on active sites.
  • Review and understand drawings for transmission, substation, or underground distribution work.
  • Verify quantities, assist with as-builts, and document work progress.
  • Track material deliveries, outages, and field changes.
  • Participate in tailboards, safety audits, and environmental inspections.
  • Support outage coordination, energization planning, and commissioning tasks.
