Jr. Commercial Loan Officer/Commercial Banker
About The Position
We are seeking a Commercial Loan Officer responsible for developing, managing, and growing a commercial loan portfolio while maintaining strong asset quality and member relationships. This position will originate, underwrite, and service business loans, as well as identify opportunities to align members with additional financial products and services. The role requires a high level of analytical ability, sound judgment, and a commitment to regulatory compliance and organizational policy. Previous experience in this role is desired, but we are willing to consider individuals with related experience in lending or underwriting and a proven track record of professional growth.

- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor’s degree.
- A Commercial Loan Officer will have a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience.
- On-going education and training may be required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing business members
- Originate, underwrite, and manage commercial loan requests
- Structure loan terms, including collateral and repayment conditions
- Ensure compliance with all lending policies and regulatory requirements
- Monitor portfolio performance and maintain accurate documentation
- Identify and cross-sell appropriate financial products and services
