About The Position

We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Jr. Client Manager to join our Print Sales team. In this role, you will manage an established portfolio of legal clients while identifying opportunities to grow revenue through print and subscription-based products. You will partner closely with clients to understand their needs, deliver value, and support their ongoing success. Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, account management, or a related role
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience selling subscription-based or professional services/products
  • Familiarity with legal, publishing, or information services industries
  • Experience managing a territory and working independently
  • Demonstrated relationship building and consultative sales skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of law firm clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with attorneys, partners, legal administrators, and librarians
  • Drive client satisfaction and support renewals of print subscriptions and continuation services
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
  • Promote and sell legal publications, including codes, treatises, practice guides, and subscription updates
  • Meet or exceed territory sales targets and revenue goals
  • Execute upsell and cross-sell strategies to increase account value
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, opportunities, and forecasts in CRM systems
