About The Position

You just graduated with your engineering degree and you're ready to actually use it. We get it — and we've got a spot for you. This is a role where you'll work alongside licensed engineers on real projects, build real skills, and move steadily toward your PE. No coffee runs. No busywork. Just solid, hands-on civil engineering from day one.

Requirements

• Engineering degree (required) — EIT certification is a plus, but we'll support you through it if you're on your way
• Someone hungry to grow, not just punch a clock
• Detail-oriented and honest about what they know and what they're still learning
• Good communicator — with teammates, clients, and the occasional city planner
• Self-aware enough to ask for help when they need it and motivated enough not to need it constantly

Responsibilities

• Running drainage, detention, storm sewer, water, and sanitary sewer calculations
• Developing civil layouts and concept plans for residential subdivisions, multi-family, and commercial/industrial projects
• Supporting infrastructure design — roadways, water systems, storm sewer, and sanitary sewer
• Helping move projects through municipal and government approval processes
• Working closely with CAD technicians to put together plan sets
• Contributing to specs, SWPPP documents, permit applications, and construction contracts
• Reviewing shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs
• Attending client and government meetings — and occasionally presenting when the project calls for it
• Managing your own deadlines and flagging issues before they become problems
