About The Position

MarketStar is seeking a Jr. Business Operations Manager to which will be a critical function of our greater sales team. In this role, you will be dynamic and creative, and willing to take on any challenge and make a big impact. You must have the ability and initiative to understand critical business needs, analyze issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify, enhance, and scale best practices. You must be self-driven with a high degree of ownership and have strong business acumen, excellent communication/influencing skills, planning/project management skills and organizational skills. Additionally, this candidate must be an aggressive and effective collaborator as they act as a liaison between sales and many other internal organizations to obtain and disseminate knowledge.

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in sales discipline, experience in operations preferred
  • Project Management experience preferred
  • Direct, B2B, SaaS, or tele sales experience preferred
  • Experience leading a sales team or working in a sales support or operations role
  • Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment
  • Passion for process optimization, research & content strategy, playbook creation and messaging improvement
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively
  • Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed
  • Internal applicants must be exceeding metrics in current position
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Google products

Responsibilities

  • Operational Support: Assist in the development and implementation of scalable processes to support the Reddit Program.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales operations, enablement and leadership to streamline workflows, improve efficiency and enhance campaign execution.
  • Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks through workflow shadows and provide recommendations back to the business of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Documentation Maintenance: Conduct regular audits on process documentation ensuring that processes are documented, accurate, organized and easily accessible to the business.
  • Administrative Support: Manage team calendar invites and ensure that communication updates are cascaded broadly across the team, troubleshoot and provide support for tooling challenges.
