Platform One, a DoD-wide enterprise service capability intended to make the DoD DevSecOps initiative a reality by leveraging best practices at various classification levels. In support of Platform One, the Jedi Praxium Customer facing team was developed to provide support throughout the customer life-cycle. The It Operations Analyst will work as first level of contact and support of Service Desk during core general business hours. The IT Operations Analyst will perform initial incident processing and resolve most incident’s during first contact.
