ATC Automation is seeking an early-career Jr. Associate Applications Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the development of cost estimates and proposals for custom automation systems based on customer requirements. You will review customer drawings, production goals, and technical specifications with guidance from senior team members to help determine project feasibility and develop practical automation solutions. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of engineering experience in automation, machine design, manufacturing, or a related technical environment. You should be eager to learn custom automation and machine-building concepts, comfortable working with SolidWorks and Microsoft Office tools, and able to collaborate with engineering, applications, sales, and leadership teams to develop clear proposal materials, basic 3D concepts, and customer-facing documentation. Location: This position is based at ATC Automation's headquarters in Cookeville, TN. Limited remote flexibility may be considered after training, with periodic travel required for customer meetings and project activities.
