The Junior Art Director will join the Marketing team to help shape the brand's visual presence across campaigns, content, and culture. This role involves partnering with the Sr. Art Director to develop campaign concepts, build visual worlds, and execute them through photography, video, and design. The ideal candidate has a strong visual storytelling point of view, particularly in photographic art direction, mood boarding, and translating ideas into compelling shot lists and on-set direction. The role requires both conceptual thinking and high-taste execution, adapting to various tones and aesthetics from premium campaigns to social-first content. The Junior Art Director will take creative ownership from concepting and social activations to directing shoots and guiding post-production, including retouching.
