About The Position

We are urgently looking for Jr. Analyst (Compliance) for our Direct client requirement. This position is crucial to enabling the continued growth of this business and allow flexibility as the business pivots. This position will support multiple compliance aspects for these omni-channel programs. The role involves collecting customer requirements, determining technical issues, and designing reports to meet data analysis needs. It also includes identifying new sources of data and methods to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting. The analyst will collect, analyze, and report data to meet customer needs.

Requirements

• Adaptability and working in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication skills – both oral and written
• Experienced in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• 3-5 years of experience
• Bachelor's Degree

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in eCommerce
• Experience with Regulatory Compliance

Responsibilities

• Support multiple compliance aspects for omni-channel business propositions
• Interact with business partners to support initiatives and resolve issues
• Research compliance/legal requirements for emerging businesses
• Run, document, and share daily/monthly/weekly reports
• Collect customer requirements, determine technical issues, and design reports to meet data analysis needs.
• Identify new sources of data and methods to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting.
