About The Position

Responsible for assisting with junior development and tennis youth programming. This role involves providing competent tennis instruction for all groups and levels of players, supervising and interacting with children to promote educationally and developmentally-stimulating programs and activities, and assisting with the junior development of competitive players and 10 and under tennis. The coach will also assist the Director with club events, tournaments, and USTA matches, as well as with tennis instruction for summer camp and junior programming. General administrative assistance may also be required.

Requirements

• Prior experience teaching tennis lessons or youth summer programming highly desired
• Preferred 11+ UTR rating
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Read, sign, and abide by the policies included in the Team Member Handbook
• Park in team member-designated areas
• Club cleanliness is an all-team responsibility; assist whenever necessary in any area of the club to keep the club neat and clean
• Assist with Service Days
• Assist with acac programs, special events, or activities outside your department
• Promptly return messages
• Exhibit a positive attitude at all times
• Deliver five-star service to members and guests with friendliness, direct eye contact, and a pleasant demeanor at all times
