As a Joy Creator, you’ll be one of the first faces our guests see and will play an important role in creating an exceptional guest experience. Nice To Haves

Previous customer service or food-service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Create a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience for every guest.
Greet guests with a positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm.
Take orders accurately and efficiently while providing product knowledge and recommendations.
Help guests select the perfect Bundt cake, Bundtlet, Bundtini, or gift.
Promote Bundtastic Rewards and encourage guests to participate.
Prepare and package guest orders according to brand standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house environment.
Assist with decorating, stocking, packaging, and other bakery duties as needed.
Support special orders, celebrations, fundraisers, and other bakery events.
Work as part of a team to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and company standards.
Help create a bakery environment where every guest feels appreciated and valued.
