About The Position
This role is for a Journeyperson Maintenance Millwright responsible for troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery. The position requires a strong commitment to safety, attendance, and quality of work, adhering to all facility rules and procedures. The individual will work in a team environment, be open to ongoing technical training, and manage multiple priorities effectively. A passion for maintaining a safe work environment is essential, along with the ability to pass pre-employment screenings. Flexibility in working shifts, including holidays, weekends, call-ins, and overtime, is required. Effective communication with colleagues and supervisors is key. Authorization to work in the U.S. and a valid Driver's License are mandatory.
Requirements
- Must Possess a WI State Indentured Journeyperson Maintenance Mechanic Millwright Card.
- Experience in successfully troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
- On the job success in safety, attendance, and quality of work expected.
- Own or obtain necessary tools.
- Must have a good attitude and able to work in a team environment.
- Ability to manage several priorities at once.
- Be passionate about maintaining a safe work environment.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug test & background check.
- Must be willing to work any shift assigned, including holidays and weekends, and accept call-ins and overtime outside of the normal workday.
- Communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License.
Nice To Haves
- Previous plant manufacturing experience, particularly within the corrugated or packaging industry.
