About The Position
Reporting to the Electrical Service Manager and Operations Manager, the Journeyperson Electrician will work on a variety of commercial and industrial sites throughout the Vernon area. This is a casual position with the potential to transition into full-time, permanent employment for the right candidate.
Requirements
- Successfully obtained your Red Seal Electrician certification
- Hold a valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract
- Committed to customer service and going the extra mile while servicing clients
- Ability to think on your feet and utilize strong problem-solving capabilities
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in food and beverage, forestry, mining, or natural resources industries
Responsibilities
- Travel to a variety of customer sites in commercial and/or industrial environments to execute planned maintenance, repairs, or upgrades
- Ensure all executed work follows scope and meets quality standards
- Maintain the highest possible standard in all customer communication setting expectations and managing the customer experience throughout
- Follow all safety protocols, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements
