Ledcor is seeking a skilled Journeyperson Concrete Finisher / Mason for a major industrial project in Fort Saskatchewan, AB. Requirements

• Must have a Journeyperson Concrete Finisher/Mason ticket from a recognized provincial training authority
• Non-ticketed Concrete Finisher/Mason journeypersons must hold 4+ years’ experience
• Must successfully complete pre-access drug and alcohol testing
• Valid government photo ID
• Pre-access client online orientations must be completed

Responsibilities

• Reading and interpreting drawings, and meeting project specifications
• Understanding industrial concrete forming and engineered forming systems
• Directing placement of concrete into forms or surfaces
• Completing smooth, wet and dry finishing using hand, broom and power tools
• Operating a vibrating concrete machine and screeding concrete
• Dismantling concrete forms, ramps, and barricades
• Working with and alongside formwork carpenters to complete tasks
