About The Position

In this role you will be responsible for installing, repairing, maintaining, and inspecting electrical/plumbing/HVAC/etc. systems according to code and specifications. You will interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings, and troubleshoot and diagnose system malfunctions, recommending appropriate solutions. The position requires operating tools, equipment, and machinery safely and effectively, collaborating with apprentices and providing guidance and mentorship when required, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal building codes and safety regulations. You will also complete work orders, time logs, and documentation accurately and on schedule, assist with estimating materials and labor for projects as needed, and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent with well-rounded knowledge in all trades
  • Post-secondary or training (formal/OTJ) in any or all skills for the maintenance of the facility
  • 3 years experience in general maintenance and experience in the disciplines of electricity, plumbing, heating, and mechanical
  • Valid Class I PA driver’s license
