About The Position

E-Logic is seeking a Journeyman Web Developer to support enterprise web development and modernization initiatives for the Navy Enterprise Web (NEW) Support Services program. The selected candidate will contribute to web application design, maintenance, troubleshooting, and system enhancements while supporting mission-critical government operations. This role is part of a proposal for the Navy Enterprise Web (NEW) Support Services program. Hiring is contingent upon the selection of the consultant. Selected candidates will be included in the proposal and must authorize the use of their resume for submission.

Requirements

• IA certification IAM Level I with CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent IAT Level II baseline certification required prior to onboarding.
• 3+ years of experience in HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS, JavaScript and Ajax
• 2+ years of experience in JQuery, Bootstrap, Responsive Web Design and PL/SQL

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience supporting federal or DoD environments
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Experience with application testing and troubleshooting

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise web applications and interfaces
• Support website modernization and responsive design initiatives
• Participate in requirements analysis, testing, and deployment
• Troubleshoot application defects and implement corrective solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams and stakeholders
• Maintain technical and system documentation
• Support database-related activities using PL/SQL
