At Carrier, we value our partnerships with our Union workers and are committed to providing payment for all travel time incurred What you’ll do Travel to different Data Center Sites long-term rotational travel schedule (4weeks traveling / 1week off) Participate in startup and commissioning of new units, applying expertise to support a state-of-the-art facility. Perform diagnostic tests, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical malfunctions, and execute regularly scheduled maintenance on heating and cooling units. Review and interpret regulatory requirements and technical documents, including blueprints and diagrams. Cultivate strong customer relationships and ensure timely escalation of issues for resolution when necessary. Prioritize safety by adhering to licensing requirements, operating equipment safely, recognizing HVAC-related hazards, completing safety training, and implementing effective safety measures.
