Requirements

Previous automotive technician experience preferred
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Ability to perform repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
Basic computer skills and ability to use dealership software systems
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

Subaru experience or manufacturer certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs according to manufacturer standards
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs efficiently and accurately
Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake repairs
Document all repair recommendations and completed work accurately
Communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding vehicle conditions and repair needs
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Stay current on Subaru products, systems, and repair procedures through ongoing training
Contribute to team productivity and customer satisfaction goals
