The position also requires preparing and maintaining records, operating a forklift, adhering to union contracts, maintaining an insurable driving record, and ensuring a safe work environment. The mechanic must be able to obtain a DOT medical card and utilize troubleshooting programs like Cummins Insite and Davies.
