About The Position

We’re looking for a skilled Journeyman Service Electrician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering quality work, enjoys working directly with customers, and has a wide range of electrical service experience. As a Service Electrician, you’ll be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electrical systems across commercial and industrial projects. From wiring and lighting installations to diagnosing system issues and completing service calls, you’ll play a key role in keeping our customers’ operations running smoothly. This position comes with a company truck, fuel card, performance bonuses, and abundant overtime opportunities — especially in the summer months.

Requirements

• Licensed Journeyman Electrician (valid TDLR license required).
• Proven experience in commercial and/or industrial electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, safety procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Excellent troubleshooting, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit with the flexibility to work long shifts and occasional overnights.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues quickly and effectively.
• Install electrical safety and distribution components (e.g., disconnects, breaker panels, transformers).
• Perform raceway, wiring, lighting fixture, and control system installations.
• Maintain and service electrical infrastructure, including EMS and building systems.
• Complete and manage daily work orders while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Follow all safety standards, electrical codes, and company guidelines.
