Requirements

• 3+ years of new construction plumbing experience
• Strong understanding of residential rough-in and finish plumbing
• Ability to read blueprints and follow builder specifications
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver’s license
• A positive attitude and commitment to quality

Responsibilities

• Rough-in plumbing for new residential builds
• Installing water, drain, waste, and vent systems
• Setting fixtures, tubs, showers, and final trim-out
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and job specifications
• Ensuring all work meets code, safety standards, and builder expectations
• Coordinating with site supervisors, builders, and other trades
• Maintaining a clean, organized job site and professional appearance
• Documenting work and communicating clearly with the office and field teams
