Service Wizards is seeking a Journeyman Plumber to join their team at the Tulsa location. The company is committed to providing the highest level of value-added customer service, performing service repairs, equipment maintenance, and replacements for customers 24/7. The ideal candidate will make quality repairs in a timely manner, maintain their equipment to the highest standards, and build trusting relationships with clients.

Requirements

Experience in residential plumbing service and repair
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Comfortable using tablets and service software in the field
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

Perform residential plumbing service, repair, and maintenance work
Diagnose plumbing issues and provide clear, effective solutions
Communicate with customers about findings, recommendations, and service options
Present solutions using our iPad-based service platform
Use service management software (such as Housecall Pro) to manage jobs and documentation
Repair and service water heaters, leaks, fixtures, and piping systems
Install and maintain water softening systems
Perform drain cleaning and system troubleshooting
Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and work environment
Ensure all work meets company safety and quality standards
