About The Position
Genz Ryan is a legendary, family-run home service company seeking a SELLING Residential Plumber who knows how to turn great service into great income. This is a high-trust, high-earning role for plumbers who know how to build value, educate homeowners, present options, and close work the right way. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining residential plumbing systems, running service calls, educating homeowners on repair and upgrade options, and delivering 5-star experiences. The plumber will drive a company-provided van servicing up to a 60-mile radius from Burnsville and may mentor newer technicians.
Requirements
- MN Journeyman Plumbing License (State of Minnesota)
- Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
- Strong residential service experience
- Comfortable selling repairs, replacements, and upgrades
- Open to service, installs, and branch-line drain work
- Professional, confident, customer-first mindset
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain residential plumbing systems
- Run service calls from first knock to final signature
- Educate homeowners and confidently present repair and upgrade options
- Deliver 5-star experiences that turn into repeat customers and reviews
- Drive a company-provided van (servicing up to a 60-mile radius from Burnsville)
- Mentor newer techs and lead by example when needed
