Journeyman Plumber
About The Position
The Journeyman Plumber installs, repairs and maintains various types of plumbing fixtures and medical gas systems. This position requires independent judgment in making decisions involving non-routine problems under general supervision. The role involves working directly with patients and/or customers, as well as internal and/or external customers via telephone or face-to-face interaction, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals and staff. This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position under the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Use and Patient Protection Act.
Requirements
- Journeyman Plumber License from Oklahoma Construction Industries Board (CIB) or Contractor Plumber License from Oklahoma Construction Industries Board (CIB).
- Valid Driver's License and Motor Vehicle Report.
- Minimum 1 year of related experience.
- Working knowledge of all plumbing systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal that present clear and concise information.
- Ability to install and repair all types of plumbing systems.
- Ability to self-direct work.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED, preferred.
Responsibilities

- Reads and understands blueprints.
- Uses prints successfully to troubleshoot and solve plumbing problems.
