About The Position

They are a team of home service experts dedicated to ensuring peak performance for customers' electrical, plumbing, and heating/cooling systems. They are seeking energetic, motivated, and career-minded Plumbers responsible for performing onsite installation and maintenance in residential homes. The role involves generating new business through identifying and acquiring new and existing customers, lead generation activities, and industry networking in the field. The primary objective is to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives in an assigned geographic territory. Plumbers are expected to master their trade, provide excellent customer service, and advise on potential services or treatments.

Requirements

Journeyman or Red Seal Plumber certification
Experience with residential plumbing service calls, water treatment, trouble shooting and water heaters (tanks, tankless' s and boilers)
Drains experience
Proven experience in diagnosing & servicing residential units
A thorough understanding of provincial plumbing code and standards
Strong customer service skills and good communication skills
An accountable and responsible personality, delivering high customer satisfaction and has a positive, can-do attitude
A valid driver’s license with a suitable driving abstract
Clear criminal background check
Be safety conscious and come with a willingness to learn
The ability to work efficiently and effectively independently and co-operatively within a team environment
The ability to complete installation, maintenance work and commissioning of plumbing elements in compliance with safety regulations, policies and procedures

Hydronic/boiler experience is an asset

Responsibilities

Generating new business through the identification and acquisition of new customers and existing customers
Lead generation activities and industry networking out in the field
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives in an assigned geographic territory
Become masters of their trade and always give customers the red carpet treatment advising them on potential services or treatments that work for them
Complete general and specific plumbing inspections
Promote Right Time products and services on every call
Must never sell the customer a repair they do not need
Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams
Maintain a clean, fully stocked vehicle
Maintain a clean and professional appearance
Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional
Delivering the best customer experience and has a positive, driven attitude
Work efficiently and effectively independently and co-operatively within a team environment
Completing installation, maintenance work and commissioning of plumbing elements in compliance with safety regulations, policies and procedures
Provide a five-star experience on every call or make it right before leaving the customers home
Feel comfortable requesting online reviews from customers
Contribute to our high standards of health and safety
Effectively mentor apprentices so they become well rounded plumbers
