Bacon Plumbing Inc. is seeking an experienced Journeyman Plumber to join our team as a Commercial Plumbing Foreman. Requirements
- Current Journeyman Plumber license.
- Proven experience in commercial plumbing construction.
- Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, installation methods, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to safety, professionalism, and quality craftsmanship.
Nice To Haves
- Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage commercial plumbing projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate directly with owners, project managers, superintendents, and field personnel.
- Lead and supervise plumbing crews to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing-related challenges in the field.
- Ensure all work meets company standards, project specifications, and applicable codes.
- Maintain a strong focus on job site safety, quality control, and productivity.
- Communicate project progress, issues, and solutions with stakeholders.
