About The Position

All-Pro Fleet Services is hiring a journeyman-level technician to diagnose and repair a varied range of fleet vehicles and equipment in Southern Oregon. Work includes medium-duty trucks such as box trucks and fleet vehicles, diesel and gas engines, light-duty vehicles (primarily U.S. brands), and specialty equipment. The position combines approximately 50% in-shop work with 50% mobile work. The technician is expected to work independently in the shop and field, communicate clearly with service advisors and customers, and complete jobs efficiently and correctly without constant supervision. This is not an entry-level role. The company is family-owned and emphasizes long-term relationships, quality work, and investing in its people.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience at the journeyman level.
• Strong diagnostic ability with both diesel and gas engines.
• Self-motivated and dependable.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Clean driving record for mobile work.
