About The Position

All-Pro Fleet Services is hiring a journeyman-level technician to service fleet vehicles, medium-duty trucks, diesel pickups, equipment, and specialty units in Southern Oregon. The work is split approximately 50/50 between the shop and mobile service. This is not an entry-level role; the technician is trusted to work independently, diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles, communicate with service advisors and customers, and keep jobs moving without constant supervision. Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience at a journeyman level.
• Strong diagnostic ability with diesel and gas engines.
• Self-motivated and dependable.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Clean driving record for mobile work.

Nice To Haves

• Fleet or diesel experience is a plus; training may be provided where needed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles and equipment.
• Perform work independently both in the field and in the shop.
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers.
• Keep jobs moving efficiently without constant supervision.
• Work on medium-duty trucks, fleet vehicles, diesel and gas engines, light-duty vehicles (primarily U.S. brands), equipment, and specialty units.
