About The Position

Diamond is seeking a licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician to join their team. This role involves leading service calls, performing high-quality electrical work, and training apprentices. The ideal candidate is skilled, enjoys problem-solving, and can build rapport with customers.

Requirements

• Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
• In-depth knowledge of local electrical codes and their application.
• Ability to read and draw diagrams and blueprints.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Clean, safe driving record.
• Clear communication skills (face-to-face and written).
• Organizational skills and follow-through.

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential electrical service calls.
• Build trust with customers and secure repeat business.
• Identify electrical problems and implement effective solutions.
• Explain financing options and maintenance plans to customers.
• Assess aging or underperforming electrical systems and propose upgrade options.
• Achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with dispatch and customer service.
• Maintain clean job sites.
• Participate in trainings, meetings, and team events.
