About The Position

ThinkTek LLC is seeking a Journeyman Management Analyst (Modeler) with a strong background in business analysis and quality assurance to support federal IT projects. The Modeler works directly with stakeholders to capture requirements, create process and system models, and document functional needs. The role bridges customers and developers while helping ensure delivered solutions are accurate, usable, and compliant.

Requirements

• Active DoD Secret Clearance, at minimum.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• At least 4 years of combined experience as a Business Analyst and Quality Assurance Engineer.
• Demonstrated experience creating functional requirements, process models, and requirements documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Word, Visio, and ARIS.
• Strong communication skills and ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Support workshops by developing functional requirements, process models, and requirements documentation in real time.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into working solutions.
• Independently and collaboratively produce high-quality deliverables requiring little to no rework.
• Execute knowledge management activities in support of internal and external performance.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders with varying levels of expertise and provide clear, professional assistance.
